As the founder of Monad Pilates, I bring over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and a strong foundation shaped by my service in the U.S. Marine Corps. My journey—from military discipline to years as a dedicated instructor and now studio owner—inspires Monad’s focus on precision, strength, and resilience. Every class reflects my commitment to individualized attention, superior technique, and empowering each client to achieve their best—whether you’re seeking improved mobility, enhanced athletic performance, or holistic well-being.
